No.61 Takamatsu Park
      Chosen as one of Japan’s 100 Top Cherry Blossom Spots, Takamatsu Park and its pond delight visitors in spring when around 1,260 sakura bloom. Visitors can see somei yoshino, yaezakura and shidarezakura originally planted by citizens at the beginning of the 20th century. Migrating swans also winter on Takamatsu Pond, and with luck are still around when the sakura bloom. The park lit up by paper lanterns at night bursts with romantic beauty.
