Kaiseizan Park is located in the Asaka area of Koriyama City, and with around 1,300 sakura, is one of Fukushima’s best-known sakura spots. Stroll around the park and its pond while taking in somei yoshino, wild yamazakura, and kanzan sakura among other varieties. The trees are also lit up in the evening while in bloom. Kaiseizan Daijingu Shrine is located next to the park.
