No.66 Seishi Park
Framed by the majestic, snow-capped Mt. Chokai in the distance, 28-hectare Seishi Park is home to around 1,000 sakura, most of which are somei yoshino with the remainder yaezakura. Every April, some 50,000 visitors come to view the sakura and celebrate the arrival of spring after the long winter. Groups of families and friends flock to the park, with special events held on Saturday or Sunday and the sakura lit up until 9 pm.
