Kimigaoka Park in Shichigahama Town has an observation deck, giving visitors panoramic vistas of the town, the Pacific Ocean, Kinkasan Island to the east, and the Zao Mountains to the west. In addition to around 30 somei yoshino planted here, there are also sakura called shikizakura (four season sakura) that bloom with pale pink blossoms not only in the spring, but also from fall to winter to the delight of visitors.
