No.103 Higashiyama Park

Higashiyama Park rewards visitors with about 100 sakura, including somei yoshino and double-blossomed yaezakura, that take turns blooming in spring from late April. The park is popular with locals during sakura season, when the sakura are also lit up at night with paper lanterns. The park has wide open spaces and walking paths to accommodate strollers and children on bicycles. Nishinomiya-jinja Shrine is located in the park.
